11/04/17  New forum explores Reward management in business

How can you design a Reward strategy that supports the wider objectives of your business? What can an organisation offer to improve employee attraction and retention? These are the kind of questions to be considered by a new forum being established by Cambridge Network for local Reward leaders.

Ensuring your business has the right reward package is vital to talent attraction and retention, and this forum  – which launches on Tuesday 23 May – offers a confidential opportunity to engage with your peers on key innovations, to access the latest research, and to find solutions collaboratively to real business challenges.

Membership will be limited to senior leaders with responsibility for strategic reward decisions, ensuring robust and meaningful debate. The group will be facilitated by Cambridge Network member, Vanessa Landreneau of Hummingbird Consulting, an experienced local reward leader.

Programme benefits:

  • Hear from experts in rewards, benefits and incentives on emerging trends
  • Share expertise and find solutions for real business challenges
  • Build your network of peers
