This week 24 lucky people in Cambridge were the first to try nufood and learn how to command a kitchen robot to make intense juicy flavour bursts. Guests enjoyed an eight-course taster menu as part of an intimate group. 3D printed food enhanced the menu that played on traditional and contemporary British dining, all sourced from natural ingredients. The relaxed and experimental evening introduced the diners to personalised 3D printing, allowing them to experience flavour, texture, colour and shape in a completely new way. nufood wants to take your tastebuds on an amazing journey! “We can’t wait to start experimenting with new flavours and create full dining experiences with nufood!
This little robot is so versatile and can be used to add intense flavour bursts to anything from palate cleansers to steak dishes to deserts” ~ Vaiva Kalnikaite, Founder and CEO of Dovetailed, inventor of nufood 3D printer
After a sell-out event in Cambridge, tickets are now available for London on 4th March: bit.ly/nufood_tasting
