We have hired social guru Katie Sandell to join our account services team. Katie takes on the role of Senior Account Manager, bringing her passion for social and digital marketing to the KISS team. Katie has in-depth integrated experience working on B2C and B2B campaigns on several leadings accounts.
During her time as an Account Handler, Katie worked with high profile brands such as Cadbury, Sky, Virgin Trains, Thomas Cook and Samsung. Prior to joining KISS, Katie worked at Elvis Communications in London where she worked on cross-agency accounts with a strong focus on social campaigns and strategic implementation.
Katie worked within the social team to execute and manage social strategy and creative on multiple well-esteemed accounts.
Katie was involved in the management of several campaigns from initial scoping, strategy and creative, through to production and delivery as well as working on email communications projects.
Working on high profile accounts such as Cadbury, Katie gained extensive social crisis management experience, such as #CremeEggGate and #CoinGate.
Commenting on her new role at KISS, Katie said: “KISS’s vibrant approach was a big pull for me as well as its strong focus on digital marketing. Having worked on integrated campaigns in my previous roles, I’m excited to be working in full-service agency to bring my passion for social to the table and to get stuck in with the exciting digital opportunities KISS is currently working on.”

Katie graduated from the University of Sheffield with a BA in Economics and holds a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing. She is also IPA certified.
