Panoramic video is being talked about as the next big thing in media. Momentum is building, with 360-degree video support from Facebook, YouTube and the wider Google. Argon Design will be demonstrating its technology to stitch the input from multiple video cameras into a single live 360-degree panoramic output in Cambridge on 4th August.

Where: Leslie Stephen room, Trinity Hall College, Cambridge CB2 1TJ

When: 4th August 2016, 9am to 5pm (light refreshments available)

If you or any of your colleagues are in Cambridge UK in the first week of August, here is a great opportunity to see a live demonstration of Argon Design’s unique video stitching IP.

Argon360 is a hardware-based low power, high quality real-time video stitching IP solution targeting ASIC and FPGA implementations. It was launched in April this year at the NAB Show.

Argon360 features include:

• Very low latency
• High quality multiband blending
• Parallax correction
• Lens correction
• Scalability for different camera configurations
• Choice of output projections
• Compact and low power
• Live streaming
• Product applications from consumer to professional

We will be running our demonstration system which takes live HDMI inputs from 6 GoPro cameras and outputs 360-degree panoramic video at Ultra-HD 4K resolution. Feel free to drop in at any time convenient to you, or if you’d like to make an appointment or find out more, get in touch with us at
