Cambridge Design Partnership creates value for our clients by transforming new ideas, design and technology into commercial success. Our expertise is delivered by teams who specialise in the requirements of four major sectors: Healthcare, Consumer Products, Energy and Industrial.
We believe there is great opportunity in Consumer Healthcare for consumers, society and companies. We also recognise there are considerable challenges. We work with our global Consumer Healthcare clients to help them identify strategic innovation opportunities and develop winning products. Projects often start with the earliest stakeholder research and business strategy, and continue through detailed product development, to market launch.
This is an opportunity for you to build on CDP’s existing Consumer Healthcare business and create new relationships that enable our clients to achieve their full potential. You will lead a dedicated Consumer Healthcare innovation business stream whilst working closely with our other Business Development, leadership and experienced expert project teams. You will maintain ultimate responsibility for the client relationships and commercial success of Consumer Healthcare projects which often include product, packaging and devices. You will also contribute to strategic Consumer Healthcare marketing, sales collateral, thought leadership and team recruitment.
We provide excellent opportunities and rewards including a competitive salary, 12% non-contributory pension scheme, private healthcare, 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays, and a discretionary bonus. This will be an exciting time to join us as we transition from one of Cambridge’s fastest growing technical consultancies to global leadership in our sectors.
An experienced new product development, marketing or business leader, with a track record of high-value, global, Consumer Healthcare innovation.
