Proposals being worked up include an Innovation Centre, grow on space and bespoke buildings together with a hotel, family restaurant and crèche. Residential development alongside the Park assures that this will be a sustainable development.

The Haverhill Research Park team is fully engaged and committed to working with the full range of local, regional and national economic development, business support, higher and further education and technology sector interest groups who will together help deliver the Haverhill Research Park vision.
On November 24th, 2011, St Edmundsbury Borough Council approved our planning applications. We are therefore on schedule to deliver the completed infrastructure and Park environment by the end of 2012. Subject to specification occupiers could similarly take possession of a new bespoke building by the end of that year.
